AIR REGULATING SYSTEM

Thermal radiation tends to accumulate under a layer of clothing, provoking an overheating of the body. The AIR REGULATING SYSTEM system is designed in such a way as to provide continuous ventilation of the space between the sock tissue and the human foot, and thus extract the thermal energy into the external environment. It is this function that provides dryness and comfort to the socks regardless of the heating and temperature of the environment.

FLAT SEAM

Flat seams prevent rubbing and irritation of the skin due to the fact that during the mating of socks in the joints no thickening and sub-creases are formed. This sets the stage for ease of use, since the seams are not felt on the skin, eliminating the very possibility of rubbing fingers and other vulnerable parts of the foot and gently wrapping the shin.

SAFETY SHIELDS COOPERATION

This is a set of protective shields located in areas that are most stressed during running (namely, around the fingers, the heel and the edge of the foot). Their dense structure allows you to absorb the impact of the foot on the surface, withstand the pressure exerted on the foot, and prevents rubbing.

ANATOMIC STEPS

The footprint is tied in accordance with the anatomical structure of the foot, depending on whether the toe is worn on the left or right foot (according to the principle of any pair of shoes: it is necessary that both sneakers and socks are worn comfortably). As a result of the design created separately for the right and left legs, the toe sits tightly on the foot, exactly repeating the bends of the foot.

ACHILLES TENDON SHIELDS

Improved protection of the ankle and Achilles tendon, which assume the greatest burden when running and, accordingly, are most vulnerable. This technology involves the introduction of additional shields around the lower leg that act as an additional frame and support ligaments, reducing the risk of stretching.

OUTFALL SYSTEM

The moisture drain system, which consists in the exceptional ability of the tubular strand structure to remove liquid from the foot. Technological fabric absorbs moisture from the surface of the skin, takes it to the surface of the fabric of the sock and then evaporates it, drying out after a very short time.

ADAPTIVE TEXTURE

“Smart” fabric, the fibers of which take the form of a foot and are capable of stretching and contracting in the legs that require it. Thus, the texture of the fabric adapts to each bend of the foot and “remembers” its features, which ensures ease of use after the first wearing of the product.

ABSORBING PAD

Full-fledged care of foot health when running involves supportive heel protection elements for both the leg portion, which is rubbed as often as the fingers. For this, ABSORBING PAD technology was introduced, which uses an additional absorbent layer around the heel, which more actively removes moisture from the surface of the skin and guarantees dryness.

POLYAMIDE THREAD SCHOELLER™

Polycolon thread designed by Shoeller Bregenz, Germany is a modified kind of polypropylene yarn provided with antibacterial protection and improved thermal properties compared to all synthetic and native fibres. This yarn is absolutely allergen-free and can be used for manufacturing anything from infantees to implants. It’s composed exclusively of carbon and hydrogen and thus is eco-friendly.
Polycolon is hydrophobic, it doesn’t take up water but helps to draw it away from skin to adsorbent layer keeping the body warm, dry and ready for action.

This is why it works for sportswear so well! The structure of the fiber itself features a superior moisture wicking capability, for this reason Polycolon polypropylene is recommended for production of sports and work clothes materials which prevents the chills and never sticks to skin.
Polycolon has the density of 0,91 g/cm3, it’s lighter than other comparable fabrics (40% lighter than cotton). So we assume that polypropylene is the lightest fiber and is suitable for sportswear: it feels light and comfortable on the skin.

Not only the lightness and moisture wicking of the material but also its low heat conductivity is essential for sportswear production. Polycolon’s heat conductivity rate is very low, and it means a great deal for material’s heat-trapping ability.
This thread is manufactured from yarn spinned of proactively engrained fibers, so the material is colorfast. The colors are fixed within the fiber and even the darkest ones don’t wash out.
